No Upfront Charge
Not only do we not charge a retainer, but we also don’t charge a set-up fee or start-up charge. We won’t surprise you with any fees for consultants, copywriting, or other services that are necessary for digital marketing campaigns. We take care of everything, and you’ll never receive a surprise charge. We do it all internally, from landing page builds to ad sets, A/B testing, optimisation, and tracking conversions. Again, we only charge you for the opportunities we deliver you to make a sale. We do the lead generation so you can do what you do best – converting your ideal customer.

How long does it take to get from enquiry to a running campaign?
Provided we’re the right fit for one another, we can go from enquiry to a running campaign within 7-14 working days. While we totally appreciate that you’re ready to get moving as soon as possible, we want to balance speed with ensuring we’re completely happy with all elements of your campaign.
What industries do you work with?
Most of our partners are operating in the home improvement industry but we’re also happy to partner with professional service providers and e-commerce companies.
Do I qualify to partner with you?
For the best results from performance-based pay-per-click advertising with us, you need:
- At least 60 days of sales of your product or service via Google/Facebook Ads
- A willingness to take on more work and increase your ad budget to scale
- A turnover and profit margin that makes it easy for you to partner with us
Please note, we only conduct audits for qualifying potential partners. If we believe that we’re not the right fit for your company then you’ll receive an email that the audit won’t be performed.
What kind of budget do I need to work with you?
How much money you need to put aside will depend on your industry and target audience – if you’ve run any ads alone, you’ll be able to have an idea about whether or not you need a little or a lot based on the CPC (cost-per-click) for your keywords. Generally, we recommend our clients put aside £1000 – £10,000 per month. We can give you more details about this when you enquire.
Is there a minimum term or any contracts when working with you?
One of the reasons we don’t charge set-up fees or retainers is because we don’t want to keep a customer (and ourselves!) in a relationship they aren’t happy with. However, whether or not we will need a contract will depend on your business. Generally, if you’re well established online with a team to capitalise on the leads we give you, then we have a simple agreement that either party can terminate at any time with 30 days notice period.
However, if your needs are more complex or require more upfront from us, then we do require some commitment from you. This is usually a contract for a minimum term of 6 to 12 months. We work with a few key partners to ensure you only ever pay for the results we get you, and we have to be realistic about how much time this takes. While we would love to flick a switch and start delivering hundreds or thousands of leads, we know from experience that to get the best results, we have to invest time in testing and optimisation.
Any contract and agreement we use with our clients are designed to be mutually beneficial – they ensure we have time to deliver the quality leads and sales you’re looking for while covering our costs. This commitment by you ensures we can go all-in on your campaign and feel rewarded and motivated to get you incredible results and ensures mutual trust is never undermined. It’s the formula for a healthy, successful working relationship.
What kind of results am I likely to get?
Wouldn’t it be great if we had a one-size-fits-all answer? Unfortunately, we don’t – your results will depend on your business, your ideal client, the price point, the current demand for your product or service, and your willingness to let us take the reins!
How do you calculate charges?
We don’t charge any upfront costs or fees, and you won’t get any surprise charges. Generally, we charge for leads or a percentage of the sales you make from the prospects we deliver to you.
How much of our time will you need to get started?
Besides the time it takes for the initial enquiry and the onboarding call, we won’t take any of your time.
